What guests loved:
Location was great. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Friendly and attentive staff. Mohammed Ali on floor 6 have is exceptional service and care during our stay.
Areas for improvement:
The AC was either too cold or too hot, same with shower water

It was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We were on floor #6 , Mohammed Ali provided exceptional care and service to our family the entire time we were there.
