The room was spacious, the bathroom was easy to use, and the amenities like the iron and hair dryer were great. The staff were also friendly and helpful.

Areas for improvement:

The view from the window wasn’t very special, and the check-in area was a bit hard to find. Breakfast could be slightly better.

A lot of restaurants and hence there is choice of food. Helpful and very friendly staff.

Food quality of some outlets were not good. Room furniture arrangement needs to improve.

Location was great. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Friendly and attentive staff. Mohammed Ali on floor 6 have is exceptional service and care during our stay.
